Mr. Mangrum founded Behavioral Health Interventions of Greater St. Louis in May 2017 and has been part of the team since then. He began
his work with the organization in 2013 as he initiated a stream of volunteer-based community interventions for individuals and their families.
Mr.Mangrum has been a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor since August of 2002 however, he started his career in the counseling and
case-management profession in June of 1994 as a Counselors Assistant and Case-Manager. Mr. Mangrum holds four levels of Substance Abuse Counseling Certification an Associates degree in Human Services,Certificate in Nonprofit Mangement, an Undergraduate Certificate in Addiction Studies, a Bachelors of Social Work, and a Masters Degree in Nonprofit Leadership
Cate began her career in 1994, and began serving in the capacity of a Volunteer Coordinator. in 2009 Mrs. Hanford joined our team in 2019 as
a Director of Operations, the capacity in which she continues to hold within the organization. In her past roles her responsabilites
included , but was not limited to Assisting teachers & district clinicians with the implementation of evidence-based strategies to produce
and improve educational clinical, and social outcomes for educational development of students. working with families of the students to
provide needed support to ensure success within the community. additional clinical efforts towards these outcomes included but was not limited to facilitating small groups and peer mediations in collaboration with building administrators.
